Excellent resource/common core aligned April 22, 2014
Reviewer: Eileen from New York, NY United States
My co-teachers and I are thrilled with this literature guide!  So many teaching resources are advertised as "common core aligned," but are really not. This literature guide will be extremely helpful in planning our next ELA unit, which will revolve around Harriet the Spy.  I loved that we could download it on the spot and get to work.  The guide is for 4th and 5th grade and the lessons/activities can be easily scaled up or down based on an individual student's needs.  The lessons are also broken down by core standard, which is very helpful. I may even choose books for the classroom next year based on the literature guides that are available (love Because of Winn Dixie)!  Thanks!
